The trial period is handy, although we decided to buy before it ended because this software is just that good. The help feature connects you to a real person in live chat, and they respond quickly, knowing their stuff inside and out. I can't find anything to criticize about RotaCloud and the team, and I wholeheartedly recommend it - our staff's feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, so really, what's not to love?!

For a couple of years, we've been using RotaCloud. The platform is super easy to navigate and really helps our department heads share rotas without a hitch. Just as crucial, RotaCloud simplifies the tracking of hours worked and the balance of holiday entitlement versus holidays taken. Plus, it serves as a handy tool for managing finances.

Rotacloud has been an excellent tool for managing our team of freelancers month by month. The integration with Google (and other) calendars, the mobile app, and email alerts have functioned really well for our freelancers. We’d suggest it to any company looking for a software solution for scheduling.

The only reason we’re not giving it a full 5-star rating is that it lacks a straightforward method for copying and pasting individual shifts across multiple dates. Right now, it’s a bit tricky and only allows you to copy a complete set of dates and shifts. Given how our business operates, having an easier way to do this would really speed up our booking process.

I was a bit nervous diving into Rotacloud due to an API link from another system and some quirky ways my organization handled shifts and pay. But let me tell ya, the customer service team at Rotacloud is top-notch! Just drop your question in the chat, and they’ll get back to you in no time, helping you sort out any issues. The Rotacloud platform itself is super user-friendly and really shines for shift planning and communication among managers and teams, even with our multiple locations and complex setup. We’re still in the process of rolling it out and testing things, but so far, both the system and the Rotacloud team have been amazing.

I think this software is really simple to navigate. It's awesome that you can easily view all your pending shifts, and you can also let your team know about the remaining shifts up for grabs that they can claim without any hassle.

Rota Cloud is fantastic, super helpful folks. They really go out of their way to help you out. There are a few features we wish for, like the ability to clock in without an internet connection (maybe a QR code that saves times for syncing later), but I get that these things take time. Overall, a wonderful company and great people!

RotaCloud offers fantastic value for what you pay. It's a flexible tool that can meet various requirements. We mainly use it for our daily scheduling, but there's so much more you can do with it, like managing salaries, tracking holidays, and keeping employee info and job-specific documents organized.

After having used Rotacloud at my last job, I found it super easy to manage our workload, vacations, and sick days. When I joined my current company, I quickly realized we needed it too. I demonstrated the system to the management team, set up a demo, and within a week, we transitioned the entire company from a paper-based system to Rotacloud. Now, we operate everything through Rotacloud, and honestly, I'd be totally lost without it. Their response time is always fast, and the videos and updates are really helpful.
